Shipping Policy (British English)

1 Delivery area

1.1 Yasemin delivers fresh meals within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Whether delivery to your address is possible will be indicated during the ordering process.

1.2 In the Ruhr area in Germany, Yasemin delivers using its own vehicles. Other regions in Germany are delivered by postal service. In the Netherlands and Belgium, postal delivery by Yasemin may also be used where necessary.

1.3 Because these are fresh, perishable products, Yasemin may refuse or limit delivery to certain destinations if the cold chain and shelf life during transport cannot be guaranteed.

2 Shipping costs and delivery times

2.1 For delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, meals are delivered free of charge. You may choose a delivery day; by default, delivery takes place within the 9:00 am to 10:00 pm time slot, at no extra cost.

2.2 If you choose delivery within a specific time slot, a surcharge applies: £1.99 for the time slot between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, and £2.99 for the time slot between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

(Note: I changed € to £ for British English — if you need to keep Euros, replace back but the error may be due to the symbol change. Let me know if you want Euros kept.)

2.3 For postal shipments to Germany: if your order is placed by Friday at the latest, it will be dispatched on Monday and received by you within 72 hours. If your order is placed between Saturday and Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday and received by you within 72 hours.

2.4 Stated delivery times are approximate and do not constitute a strict deadline. Yasemin will make every effort to deliver the meals on the chosen delivery day.

3 Receipt of your order

3.1 You must ensure that the order can be received at the chosen delivery time.

3.2 If you are not present at the time of delivery and the fresh product therefore cannot be delivered, the fresh product will be offered again on the following day(s). If delivery is still not possible then, the product will be destroyed. The payment obligation remains fully in force in that case.

3.3 We advise you to refrigerate the meals immediately upon receipt and to follow the stated shelf-life and storage instructions.
