1 Returns and withdrawal

1.1 The meals delivered by Yasemin are fresh, perishable products which by their nature cannot be returned. For that reason, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is excluded pursuant to art. 6:230p sub f under 2 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW). This means that delivered meals cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.2 Because these are fresh meals, boxes already delivered and/or scheduled cannot be taken back or resold. The agreed price remains payable for these boxes.

1.3 Other (non-perishable) products may be returned only with Yasemin's prior written consent and under the conditions set by Yasemin. In that case, the costs of return shipment are borne by the Customer.

2 Complaints about the delivery

2.1 You must inspect the delivered meals immediately upon receipt. Complaints about a defect in the delivered products must be reported to Yasemin in writing and with reasons within 36 hours of receipt.

2.2 If Yasemin finds your complaint to be valid, Yasemin will, at its own discretion, either replace the products concerned free of charge or refund the amount paid.
